Cormier Catering History

April 1948, from her small kitchen on Canton Street, Blanche Cormier began catering for the gatherings of friends. An accomplished cook and hostess, she prided herself on homemade foods prepared with top quality ingredients, attractively presented and served with a smile.

 

People talked, as they do, and Mrs. Cormier soon found herself getting requests from the friends of friends and even total strangers. Delighted by the unexpected demand for her services, she enlisted the help of her children, family and friends, and Cormier Catering was happily established. Founded on a tradition of excellence, Cormier Catering’s reputation was the cornerstone of its success.

Keeping with past traditions and looking towards to the future, L&J’s Cormier Catering would like you to know that Brian Morand, third generation of the Cormier family, is at the helm in the kitchen. Our promise of excellence, family commitment to quality and customer service will be the motto of new owners, Joseph and Elizabeth.
